About Me

My photo
year 6 sensei
I always wanted to be a teacher but somehow I ended up doing a degree in Visual Culture.Although it greatly confused me and made me question what on earth i was doing I did gain an interest in new technology which has never left me. I was studying at uni just as the internet was starting to bloom. I remember doing one of the very early webchats with a guy from the Shamen at a technology conference at my university.Somehow i ended up in Japan teaching English to anyone from 2-93 and had a blast. Again i was exposed to some of the newest and most powerful technology available in the world. I have been teaching in primary since finishing my PGCE.I started in year 6 as an NQT ( baptism of fire!) 2 years in year 5 then just started in year 4 when i took on a new challenge . So in September I will be again working with year 6 in a new school and in a new role... Join me as i ramble on! The views and opinions posted here are mine and not representative of my school or LEA
